How to Practice Mindful Breathing

  1. Sit or stand comfortably.

  2. Close your eyes or soften your gaze.

  3. Take a slow breath in through your nose.

  4. Feel the air move through your body.

  5. Exhale gently through your mouth.

  6. Repeat for 3–5 breaths. Just notice.

Don’t worry if your mind wanders—just bring it back to the breath each time. That is the practice.


When Can You Use Mindful Breathing?

Anytime. Anywhere.

  • Before a difficult conversation

  • In between Zoom calls

  • While commuting

  • As part of your morning or evening routine

  • When you feel stressed, anxious, or stuck
